Bee Mindful, a Bee Education Project
Learn about the importance of helping honey bees and other pollinators through our fun interactive and creative session. See the honey bees at work in their natural hive from our observation activity shed. The session will be for 1 to 2 hours and children will take an inspirational action bag filled with fun activities and wildflower seeds to plant at home or school to create their own habitat for pollinating insects.
We had a buzzing season with more than 300 children attending our Bee Mindful sessions at Allens Cross community garden.
The bees are now taking a well-deserved rest and we’ll be back in the spring of 2020 with more exiting bee sessions!
